Through contact with the pure water of the Azeindaz and Diablerets glaciers, the rock releases its pure treasures, which it has preserved for 200 million years: the fragile salt crystals contained in the natural brine, which are extracted by hand by the craftsmen and dried with great patience on larch wood. This process dates back to the XVIIth century.
